hallowen events at Lilymoore Farm

If you are looking for Halloween events – don’t miss this one! It’s our version of a Halloween fest – only way cuter. This year has more alpacas in Halloween costumes, goats too – who knows maybe Ducky the llama will join in the fun this year. Come dressed up for the event or just let our alpaca Lady Valentina Von Sparkles shine. Either way you will have a ton of fun.

Farm Tour: Join us for a guided farm tour around Lilymoore Farm and Dreaming of A Chance Poultry Sanctuary. See some of the goats and alpacas dressed up in costumes. Learn all about the animals that call Lilymoore Farm home. See all of the birds that Dreaming of a Chance has rescued. Little kids absolutely love the birds.

Pictures: There will plenty of opportunities to take pictures with the alpacas in costumes. Who knows you may be posing with a rainbow, a butterfly, or even a beanie baby. When else do you get to dress up and pose next to an alpaca who is also dressed up? It’s the chance of a lifetime.

Fun Craft: We will be wet felting soap with real fiber in great fall colors for you to take home. You will see what the fiber looks like once it is off of the alpaca / huarizo and then we will create the soap. It is a lot of fun and the soap lasts a really long time. It is a great way to conserve soap and is very exfoliating.

Event is 1.5 hours long. Fun for all ages.

Limited space.

Can I just show up and get tickets at the gate? No, we fully expect that this event will be sold out.

Can I just bring a child if I don’t plan on participating? No, everyone must have a ticket who is on the farm property. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult throughout the event.

Do children under 2 need tickets? Tickets are not necessary for children under 2 for this 1 event.

Can I bring my dog? While we love dogs, they are a main predator of alpacas and we do not allow them on the property.

How far away from New York City are you? We are approximately 1.5 hours from Grand Central Station. Please note that there is often traffic so you should give yourself extra time. There are many great restaurants in the area if you arrive very early.
