Description

When you think adorable, do you think Bella? Bella is one of our first alpacas. We didn’t know much about alpacas at the time, but from what we had learned corkscrew curls and great density were key factors in a great alpaca. We weren’t wrong.

Bella’s fiber is crimpy, dense, super long(5 inches), and oh so soft! Her top knot is fantastic as well and her fiber is very fine too. Bella’s temperament is phenomenal! She comes right up to you and expects to be pet. She loves to give kisses and is calm enough on a lead for a kid to walk. Walk she does, her favorite past time is hiking around the property with us. Lilymoore farm just wouldn’t be the same without her!

Maple Brook Bahia, Bella’s dam, is a very attentive dam with exceptional fiber which won her a fourth place. She is white as snow and has grand bloodlines. Many of these bloodlines are up close as well. Peruvian Bueno is Bahia’s sire, giving Bella an extraordinary grandsire!

Crooked Creek’s Trekker, Bella’s sire, is a handsome medium fawn/beige champion winning male. Trekker has it all! Great density, fineness, and also long staple length. He is also the son of the 4x champion white sire with over ten blue ribbons, The Monk’s Oliver. Bella obviously picked up some of his impressive fiber genes. We couldn’t be happier!
